1451 | In 1950 Alice filled in an application form to obtain a copy of her birth certificate. From stamps on the form it appears that it was presented to the GRO at Somerset House. However I believe that it might have been returned because the birth could not be found. This time the divorce went the full distance with the Decree Nisi being issued on 8th May 1911 and Decree Absolute on 20th November 1911. The document is a massive 407 pages long (many of which are repetitious) and for that reason a copy is not attached but the following abstract should suffice. Observations Robert Cecil Jacobs (their son) shall remain in Theresa's custody. A copy of David Jacobs' will is introduced - David was Sydney's father The facing page refers to it as "This is the copy of the will and codicil referenced to in the ??? of Sydney Jacobs."
