925 David was accused of the theft of some ribbon. He was found guilty and sentenced to 12 months in Newgate Prison. He was reported to be not of sound mind - Could he have been suffering from Dementia of Alzheimers?

His record at Newgate also states that he was charged as Samuel Jacobs in 1798.

In the Criminal Registers he also has the aliases of Barnet and Thos Church. [Ancestry England & Wales, Criminal Registers, 1791-1892]
