Notes - She married David Marks on 11 March, 1903 when she was 48 years of age. Bringing her birth date back to 1855 not 1835 as shown on her marriage to Samuel Jacobs. She was born in London. David Marks I believe was a Tailor and had a business in Christchurch. I remember my Aunt Lily telling me her father used to take her to visit David Marks and his Mother Emma when Lily was a little girl. Emma's father was George Bristow, a commercial traveller and her mother Caroline nee Moirs. David Marks was 59, born in Frankfurt, Germany. His father was Hyam Marks, Hawker, and mother Eliza nee Schwatz.
