Another piece of Jacobs Pottery.

Many thanks to Jim Palmer for this latest photograph of a Jacobs plate.

Jim found it on a beach at Mersea Island, Essex which is a good distance from Brighton.

The original find in Brighton is understandable as David Jacobs had a shop in Brighton, but this one is a lot further away.

Whatever the reason, it is nice to have another example of what our ancestors were selling.

Comparing the two photos they are obviously from the same collection.

Piece of Jacobs plateware found by Jim Palmer on Mersea Island Beach.
