This is a photograph of Henry Jacobs [Z051] the son of Samuel Jacobs and Fanny Matilda Gomm. Henry was born in Hobart, Tasmania and moved to New Zealand around 1862. He apparently was a part time fireman in NZ and this is a photo of him in his uniform. This photo comes from Jo in NZ, via Nellie Johnston, as Henry Jacobs was her GGGrandfather
