Phoebe Jacobs

information from Chris Newall on the Phoebe Jacobs line ( Phoebe daughter of ‘our’ Henry)

I have seen much earlier data on the site relating to the Cantor lines  ( 2002 ?) and the following data links to the marriage of Phoebe  Jacobs ( we are pretty sure she is the daughter of Henry Jacobs and  Kitty Moses) to Abraham Cantor.

The Henry Jacobs line is that of Debbie,  Peter, myself and Carol- see previous messages.

The children of the marriage of Abraham and Phoebe include:
Alice;
Elizabeth;
Henry;
Jacob;
Katherine;
Mary 2 in 1841 and 21 in 1861  British Census;
Moses;
Rosetta;
Julia
Alice married Samuel Hess;
Rosetta married Solomon Rains and
Abraham  died Dec 1866 9 Jewry St Aldgate and
Phoebe 1881.
